Full home
Two to five bedrooms, taken from an empty shell to a furnished handover. Twelve to twenty weeks depending on civil work.
Kitchens and single rooms
One room done properly rather than five done thinly. Most often a kitchen, a primary bedroom, or a study that has to become a bedroom.
Design only
Drawings, finish schedule and a procurement list you take to your own contractor. For clients who already have a builder they trust.

From the last six handovers
They told us on day one that our budget did not cover the kitchen we had pinned. We appreciated it then and we appreciate it more now that the kitchen we did get works.
A 1940s house with rot in two beams. Verde brought in a conservation carpenter before touching anything decorative. Six weeks longer, and worth it.
The procurement sheet listed the actual supplier and the actual price for every item. I have never had that from a designer before.
